Also a seasoned host and moderator, she has interviewed Cathie Wood, Dick Parsons, The Chainsmokers’ Alex Pall and top public company executives including from Warner Music, Harry’s, Match Group, Walgreens and ZCash.

Ann’s TV segments on the markets and politics cover the hottest stories from tech IPOs to billionaire feuds, global trade wars to Fed controversy, consumer trends to retail stock picks, pandemic policy to election intrigue. She is an expert on private capital markets.

Ann has a deep network and uniquely broad experience executing across multiple frontlines of business. A veteran private equity dealmaker she has invested billions of dollars as a 15 year Wall Street money manager at Goldman Sachs and Cornell Capital. A corporate CEO, she led 5,000 hospitality employees through the COVID crisis from Las Vegas.

A venture capitalist, she’s backed entrepreneurs as CIO of Wheelhouse and an angel. A public and private company board director, Ann advises C-suites on growth, innovation, operating priorities and strategy.

Now Founder & Managing Partner of Threadneedle, Ann provides strategic and operating advisory services, as well as capital, to private companies and investment platforms. She is also an active public equity investor.

Ann earned a B.A. in Economics from Cambridge University (Double First) as a scholar at Trinity College.  She received a UK Kennedy Memorial Scholarship to attend Harvard Business School, from which Ann graduated with an MBA with High Distinction and as a Baker Scholar.

Based in New York City, Ann was born and raised in London. The first in her family to attend college, and with Filipino-English heritage, Ann is passionate about equal opportunities and financial inclusion. A sought-after speaker, Ann has shared her insights with humor and an ear for storytelling with conference audiences in Milan, Dallas, London, San Francisco, Dana Point and Boston.
